View Reservations: Under this tab you can view, print, update, or delete your reservations. You can even send us a message should you have a question or concern about any reservations. All your travel history is organized in one place.
Message Center: Do you have a question regarding your membership? Would you like to leave us feedback? Click on “Message Center” and write us a message.
Manage Account Info: Update your family members to ensure that everyone is enjoying the member benefits. You may also set your preferred language, change your email address, or change your password within this section.
Manage Credit Cards: Keep your card on file for a secure and fast checkout process. Easily manage your credit cards under the “My Account” section to make the checkout process that much easier. You can add multiple cards and delete them at any time.
Guest Passes: Now you can share your membership benefits with friends and family. The purchase of guest passes provides others with access to your exclusive Members’ website. Guests can browse our site and purchase an assortment of travel products. You can complete the information for the person receiving the pass or gift, and it will automatically send them a valid login. Nothing is better than receiving the gift of travel.
Reward Credits: Imagine a program that rewards you for taking a vacation! With our exclusive Reward Program, you earn credits every time you travel. Then, redeem your credits for discounts on travel costs, gifts and more.
Exchange Credits: Your balance of Exchange Credits will be shown in this section if you used our Exchange program. You can redeem your Exchange Credits for travel or purchase additional Exchange Credits to complete a booking within our Exchange inventory.
Boomerang: Boomerang Rewards is our exclusive program allowing you to earn Reward Credits by inviting your friends and family to book travel. Send Boomerang invites and track all reward activity from this section.
Association Payments: You may apply Reward Credits against any outstanding association fees. Please allow up to 45 days for the payment to reflect in your association fees outstanding balance.
Savings Calculator: The Savings Calculator is a great tool for you to quickly calculate your potential yearly savings. Enter some information about your travel habits and the number of people in your household. As you enter these numbers, the calculator automatically calculates your annual membership savings!

Timeshare Owners
Among the many services we provide to our members, we offer several interval exchange programs for timeshare owners. We understand that many timeshare owners are not able to take advantage of their intervals. For that reason, we have developed a variety of options for you to get the most out of your vacationing experience.
V.O.I.C.E.: V.O.I.C.E. is the most dynamic exchange product available to vacation interval owners. With V.O.I.C.E., you can decide each year how you want to use your interval, with much greater flexibility. V.O.I.C.E. allows you to deposit your interval for Reward Credits. These Credits can then be redeemed for accommodations, activities excursions, cars, cruises, and much more! The first step to V.O.I.C.E. is to deposit your week. Once you are on the V.O.I.C.E. page, choose the city where your resort is located. You will notice that a drop-down menu appears below with all the resorts within that city. Find your resort in the drop-down menu, enter in the unit type, the week number, and the year of the week you would like to deposit, and then click on Check Redemption Price. If you are happy with the amount of points you receive for your week, complete the form provided.
Timeshare Exchange: Why pay money to exchange your timeshare interval? Timeshare Exchange is a great way to deposit your timeshare interval and exchange for a more appealing week at no cost to you. Deposit your week at least sixty days prior to the arrival date to receive “Exchange Credits” which can be redeemed for any week listed in the Exchange Inventory. There are five easy steps: 1. Reward Credits
Eligibility and Enrollment:
1.1 Members automatically become enrolled in the Reward Credits Program upon membership activation.
Reward Credits Accrual:
2.1 Members will receive reward credits for every dollar spent for travel and leisure products on the iTravelDirect Members website. Certain products may be designated to accrue reward credits at a faster rate.
2.2 From time to time iTravelDirect may offer promotions intended to give additional reward credits on certain purchases.
2.3 Any reservation that is cancelled either by the member or by iTravelDirect which accrues reward credits will not be eligible for redemption and will be removed from the My Account section of the iTravelDirect Members website.
2.4 If applicable, any reward credits issued to the member in compensation for the deposited interval will be activated by iTravelDirect within thirty (30) days of completion of the verification process. Upon submission of the application, members can view their pending reward credits in the My Account section of the website. Members will be notified by email upon activation of the reward credits.
Reward Credits Redemption:
3.1 Reward Credits can be used to purchase the following products and/or services:

Reward Credits Expiration:
4.1 If applicable, any reward credits issued at the point of sale will expire 12 months from the date of membership activation. Any unused reward credits will expire and will not be redeemable for other travel and leisure products in the iTravelDirect Members website.
4.2 Members will have 18 months from the completion of the verification process to use the rewards credits issued in compensation for the deposited interval in V.O.I.C.E. Any unused reward credits will expire and will not be redeemable for other travel and leisure products in the iTravelDirect Members website.
4.3 Reward Credits which are accrued through applicable travel and leisure purchases made on the iTravelDirect Members website or directly purchased through the My Account section will expire 10 years after they have become active.
Membership Changes/Cancellations/Expirations
5.1 Members that cancel their membership or allow their membership to become inactive due to non-payment of the renewal dues will forfeit all reward credits on account. Once the account is cancelled or inactive, members will not be eligible to redeem any reward credits whether issued on the point of sale, accrued through applicable travel and leisure purchases or through direct reward credit purchases.
Shopping Rewards Credits
6.1 Members will be credited shopping rewards based on the percentage of the net purchase they make at the merchant site accessed via the Shopping Rewards section of iTravelDirect Members only. The specific percentage associated with each purchase is dependent upon the merchant. The net purchase is defined as the total amount paid to the merchant minus tax, gift wrapping, shipping, promotional credits, returns, cancellations, and transaction fees or as the merchant store defines on their respective Web site.
6.2 As a member, purchases made through Shopping Rewards merchants sites will be deemed qualified purchases and will earn rewards criteria only if the following criteria are satisfied: “Cookies”, both first and third party (if applicable), must be enabled on your Web browser. All potential qualified purchases must begin by going to Shopping Rewards and clicking on Shop Now link to the Affiliated Store. All purchases must be started and completed in one shopping session after the member clicks through to an Affiliated Store via a Shopping Rewards link. If a purchase is completed during a different shopping session, it will not be considered a qualified purchase. Purchases using coupons provided by any party other than Shopping Rewards may not qualify as a qualified purchase.”
General
7.1 iTravelDirect reserves the right to modify the iTravelDirect Members Rewards Program and/or the Rewards Credits Terms and Conditions at any time and in any way.
In the event iTravelDirect is informed that your travel reservation has become unavailable, iTravelDirect reserves the right to offer alternative arrangements, which may require additional fees, or provide you a full refund for the total monies paid to iTravelDirect for the unavailable reservation excluding additional fees incurred for previous reservation modifications. You understand and agree that iTravelDirect shall not be responsible or liable for any other travel arrangements made in relation to this reservation.
Chargeback Policy
By making a booking on the iTravelDirect Members online payment platform, you agree to the Terms and Conditions, Cancellation Policy and our Privacy Policy, along with this Chargeback Policy.
Chargebacks occur when your credit card provider requests that iTravelDirect returns monies on a transaction which you dispute or claim is fraudulent.
iTravelDirect recognizes that chargebacks can happen for a variety of valid reasons. However, if you make a credit card payment through iTravelDirect in respect of a booking, and you later dispute this legitimate charge by raising a chargeback without merit (in our sole discretion), whether fraudulently or otherwise, we may take steps to recover any charges resulting from such an unmerited chargeback from you directly. Unmerited chargebacks include but are not limited to: disputing a charge made in accordance with the Cancellation policy; disputing a charge made in respect of the rental in which you fail to make reasonable efforts to work with the iTravelDirect Members or rental provider to resolve any issues; or requesting a chargeback without a legitimate reason and/or failing to provide any supporting information in respect of the chargeback to allow those parties from which the chargeback is requested to assess the basis of the chargeback request.
iTravelDirect takes a zero tolerance approach to chargeback fraud. Furthermore, in the event of any unmerited chargeback requests, we reserve the right to recover monies by any legitimate means available to us, including using a third-party debt collection agency, or any other lawful means to recover funds successfully charged back to you in such circumstances.
Reward Credits purchases are non-refundable.
